Tricked Out Toyota Tundra for “Toyota Racing Dream Build Challenge”

Alexis Dejoria, one of just two women ever to win an NHRA Alcohol Funny Car event, and her team at Racer Engineering takes part in the “Toyota Racing Dream Build Challenge” with their customized Toyota Tundra, the race-ready desert “Pre-Runner”.
Exterior, the tricked out Toyota Tundra features Race Engineering designed and constructed front bumper, brush guard and rear bumper. Front and rear fenders are made out of fiberglass. The car also has dual spare tire carrier in the bed.
Interior, the custom Tundra features a full leather-wrapped roll cage, NRG racing seats with custom Hooker 7-point harnesses. The car is in addition installed with a high-powered JBL sound system to make the ride more enjoyable on those trips in the deserts.
The customized Toyota Tundra is powered by a 5.7-L V-8 engines with TRD supercharger. It rides on 17-inch Method racing wheels with 37-inch Maxxis tires and is equipped with TRD big brake kit, Fox Suspension coilovers and Racer Engineering-built front arms and rear arms.
The Toyota Tundra “Pre-Runner” will be unveiled at the 2012 SEMA show in Vegas. Stay tuned for more pictures of this car.
