Scion revealed three custom FR-S’s that will participate in the “Scion Tuner Challenge”. The Three custom FR-S’s were built by independent custom car builders that were selected by Scion three months ago. Scion gave each builder a stock 2013 FR-S and a budget of $15,000 to turn the car into a contender of the eighth annual Scion Tuner Challenge held at the 2012 SEMA Show.
