2009 Mitsubishi Lancer Sportback Model

It was a sportback concept car that first shown at Frankfurt in 2005, this production car will join the lineup with the new Lancer Sedan and Lancer Evolution at dealers.

The Lancer Sportback Ralliart is expected to be a rival of the Subaru WRX. It will be equipped with 1 260 horsepower engine which is 36 more than the WRX. Also, it will inherit the all-wheel drive system from teh Evolution IX.

These are the first official sketches of a near-production sports hatchback - the 'Prototype S'.
