Nissan hints at its future direction of Nissan crossovers with the introduction of the Nissan Resonance Concept at the 2013 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS).
The Resonance Concept if a 5-passenger crossover with an aerodynamic exterior and a premium space interior. It is a 4-wheel drive hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) that is powered by a combination of a 2.5-liter gasoline engine and an electric motor with advanced control technologies- one-motor/two-clutch hybrid technology. The electric motor is powered by a compact laminated lithium-ion battery with a smart battery charging control.
Riding on 22-inch 5-spoke aluminum-alloy wheels with a 4-wheel independent suspension system, the Nissan Resonance Concept crossover has a wheelbase length of 113.2 inches and measures 190.6 inches long, 78.7 inches wide and 68.1 inches high.
