Nissan Unveiled EXTREM Concept for Brazil

Press Release : Nissan EXTREM Concept for Brazil

Nissan unveiled at the Sao Paulo Motor Show the EXTREM Concept, which is designed exclusively for Brazil.

Painted in orange/yellow/gold color reflecting the color and enthusiasm of the country, the Nissan EXTREM Concept was designed collaboratively between designers in Brazil and Nissan Design America in San Diego, California.

Measuring approximate 151.5 inches long, 69.5 inches wide and 60 inches high, with a wheelbase of 96.5 inches, the EXTREM Concept is a 2+2 compact sports car that is perfect for urban travelling.

Standing on six-spoke 19-inch alloy wheels, the Nissan EXTREME is powered by a 1.6-L turbocharged engine, which has the technology concept of the powertrain in the Nissan DeltaWing Le Mans race car.

Nissan said the EXTREM concept could be available in FWD or AWD.  They didn’t mention any immediate plans for a production model, but the EXTREME Concept gives hints at the future.
