Honda unveiled at the 2012 NAIAS last January the Acura NSX Concept which we expected the production model would be available in 2015.  But now, according to Inside Line, Honda has suggested that the Acura NSX could arrive one year earlier in 2014 as the racing version of the car.

The Acura NSX will ride on 19×9-inch (front) and 20×10-inch (rear) wheels.  Its dimensions are 170.47 inches long, 74.61 inches wide and 45.67 inches height.

The Acura NSX will be powered by a V-6 mid-mounted engine and built utilizing lightweight materials.  Rumors say that the NSX will deliver 400 horsepower and accelerate from 0-60mph in under 5 seconds.

The production of the Acura NSX will be part of Honda Performance Development and the car will be available in both racing and on-road version.  It will be built by Honda America at the factory in Ohio and will be exported to other markets around the world including Japan.
