Mitsubishi Shows Off Its Future Technologies on the eX Concept, Unveiled at LA Auto Show

Mitsubishi has taken the wrap off the eX Concept, its next-generation compact SUV which showcases Mitsubishi’s electric technologies and future design concept, at the 2016 Los Angeles Auto Show.

With nearly 50 years’ experience of automotive electrification technology, we have the expertise and know-how to pioneer a new future with next-generation electric vehicles.”

The eX Concept is a 100% electric-powered compact SUV, it features all the best technologies that Mitsubishi has developed to date. It promises to deliver a longer driving range as well as superior driving performance. The eX Concept can travel up to 284.5 miles on a single charge with a drivetrain that delivers 94 horsepower to front and rear wheels for a total output of 188 horsepower.
Some of Mitsubishi’s advanced technologies are:
- Automated Driving Technology which features Automated Parking and Semi-automated Running.
- Connected Car Technology which allows the driver to connect to the Cloud for storing or searching information.
- Safety Technology which includes Blind Spot Warning System, Lane Change Assist system , Front and Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Road Condition Detection Sensor, Communications-based Accident Avoidance System, Automated Parking Assist and Driver Monitor
