2008 Infiniti M

TOKYO (January 21, 2008) — Infiniti has announced today that the all-new 2008 M35, the luxury sedan showcased at the recent 5th China Guangzhou International Automobile Exhibition, is now available for sale in China.

Nationwide launch ceremonies for the Infiniti M35 were held simultaneously at eight showrooms across the country. In the Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Dalian, Hangzhou, Suzhou and Guangzhou showrooms, the sedan that further defines luxury in the marketplace wowed guests.

With an elegant bearing, the M35 emphasizes design and aesthetics in every exterior detail. An extra-long wheelbase provides the platform for unparalleled space and comfort in the extremely luxurious interior of M35. Powered by a 206Kw VQ35 engine and equipped with the intelligent 5-speed automatic transmission, the M35 utilizes high torque and agility to deliver on the promise of exhilarating performance.

The Infiniti M35 is offered in two well-appointed models starting at RMB 548,000 and RMB 593,000, respectively.

Infiniti dealers have welcomed the third model to the lineup in a market that continues to show enthusiasm for luxury products. “Since the Guangzhou Auto Show, we have fielded a large number of consumer inquiries about the M35, and the reservations for M35 have exceeded our expectations,” said the representatives from the dealers.

The first owner of an M35 is a Suzhou resident who appreciated the personalized customer service and “how quickly my new M35 was ready for my first taste of pure driving excitement.”

A luxury automotive brand, Infiniti debuted in the United States in 1989. The success of Infiniti in North America created the basis for the global expansion of the premium brand to China, Europe, Korea, Russia and the Ukraine.
