Powering the all-new 2013 Honda Accord, the Honda Earth Dreams Technology engines have been named to the Ward’s “10 Best Engines” list of 2013.
The two awarded engines are the 2.4-liter 4-cylinder engine and the 3.5-liter V6 engine, and just about every 2013 Honda Accord in the U.S is powered by one of these two engines.
Equipped in the standard Honda Accord, the 2.4-liter 4-cylinder engine produces 185 horsepower and 181 lb-ft of torque. This same engine when teaming with the high-flow exhaust system, seen in the Accord Sport Sedan, produces 189 horsepower and 182 lb-ft of torque. The 3.5-liter V-6 engine generates 278 horsepower and 252 lb-ft of torque.
