2014 Lexus IS F SPORT
Lexus today issued first photos of the all-new 2014 Lexus IS, which features spindle grille frontal design and Lexus trademark L-shaped Daytime Running Lights (DRL).
On the inside, the new 2014 Lexus IS is designed inspired by the LFA, which has a driver-focused cockpit. It features the LFA-inspired steering wheel; for the F SPORT model, it features a driver’s meter with a moving center ring as seen in the LFA. With the increased width and longer wheelbase along with a thinner front seat design, the new Lexus IS has a considerably better rear seat comfort and enhanced accessibility.
The all-new Lexus IS lineup will consist of IS 250, IS 350, and the first IS hybrid - IS 300h. According to Lexus, the IS hybrid will be available in Europe, Japan and other international markets. Stay tuned for more details next week when it makes its global debut at the 2013 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit.
