Honda introduced a new Sport Special Edition to the 2017 Accord Lineup and gave the hybrid model a major refresh.
Available on both Sedan and Coupe models, the new Accord Sport Special Edition comes with premium features including leather heated seats highlighted with red stitching and “Special Edition” badge.
As for the refreshed hybrid model, the 2017 Accord Hybrid is equipped with a new version of Honda’s two-motor hybrid powertrain technology, giving the car a leading position in power and fuel economy in its class.
Overall, not much change for the 2017 model year since it got substantial upgrades for the 2016 model year, including dynamic new styling, a more rigid body, upgraded chassis and upsized wheels and tires on select models. The 2017 Accord carries over the expanded LED exterior lighting and premium features and technologies of the 2016 model, including the available 7-inch Display Audio touchscreen offered with Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™, HD Radio®, heated rear seats, and front and rear parking sensors.
Both Sport Special Edition and refreshed Hybrid, together with the rest of the 2017 Accord models already arrived at the dealerships and have been going on sale since June 27th.
